This one had been on my list for a while! I’m not entirely sure what I was expecting but the guy seemed crazy like and I love my crazies so I got it!

This book in one sentence: This is exactly how I like my books except this is not at all how I like my books and I thought…wrong?

The description of this book says something and the tags say something as well, but I wasn’t ready for what this book was really about. Torre’s writing was nice and smooth just as it was in Sex, Love, Repeat, and the dialogue between characters made me laugh aloud. The subject matter for this one was crazy serious though, and this book deals the very serious and important issue of human trafficking. In the tags of this book abuse is one of them and this book can easily be a trigger warning for some. I do think this book was pretty good. I really enjoyed the mystery it and there were many scenes that were fire. Overall, possibly approach this with caution, but it’s definitely worth a read!
