July is over and that means that school is just around the corner! This is awesome and scary. And I’m ready!

My July tbr list didn’t go as planned. I had a great month and there were so many great things that happened, I just didn’t get to read as many books as I had planned, but hey, that’s life! This month I planned on only ready a few and if I get through these, great! If I get through more? Even better! I’m just being very simplistic for a start because I’m not sure what this month will have in store for me!

This month I want to read Bossman by Vi Keeland and I’m sure it’s going to be a good one! I’m reading that one its my bookish bestie and I genuinely can’t wait to start it!

I also want to start First Touch by Laurelin Paige! This one was also recommended to me by my bookish bestie and there are a few people on Instagram that have mentioned that they really enjoyed it!

The Girl in 6E by Alessandra Torre was on my plan for my July reads but of course…life. So I really want to read it this month because of course Alessandra’s books are a part of my current obsessions!

Denial by Lisa Renee Jones has definitely been on my radar for a minute so I am definitely going to try to go out of my way to read it this month! Every time I look at it, I feel this pang that is screaming for me to grab it, so I will!

In between reading, I’ve also decided to dedicate some nights to writing as well. The creation of this blog is setting my time back for sure, but once everything is settled and there isn’t so much to do, some nights I will dedicate for reading, and others I will dedicate to writing. I obviously have to write the novels I want to see in the world because they aren’t just there, but that’s another conversation.
